We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original, unopened packaging. Please note that for health and safety reasons, certain intimate products and clearance items are considered final sale.

Return Process

  Review Eligibility

  Ensure your item is in its original condition, unused, and with all tags or hygiene seals intact within 30 days of delivery.

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box if possible and attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
